How do I place an order for customer digitizing ?

Can I request for an estimate before placing an order?

Yes, please fill out the concise order form and email us for an Estimate first before you place an order.

We try our best to give you a price estimate within the same or next working day. That is we will send you a quote within 12-24 hours, if we have the artwork and all pertinent information from your side.

What artwork formats do you accept ?

Image formats:

You can send us existing sew outs, pictures, drawings and sketches, an image that scanned or vector artwork in .jpg .jpeg .gif .bmp .tiff format.

We would like to remind you that the clearer the artwork, the better the detail of the digitized design will be .

What digitized file format do you provide?

We provide the digitized designs in Tajima.DST format.

Please let us know if you require any other formats.

How long can I receive the digitized file?

You will receive the digitized .dst file within 24-48 hours after your order & payment.

We send it by E-mail along with a sew out image of your design.

How do you ensure quality?

We sew out each design and make necessary revisements till we are convinced of its smooth run on the machine before we send the digitized file to you.

Can I use your digitized design on all fabrics types?

No, the stitch way will differ, depending on the type of fabric you use. Polar Fleece and Knit cloth are other than Polyester/Cotton Fabric…

The type of fabric being embroidered is an important consideration as each fabric has it's own unique qualities.

How much do you charge for revisement ?

We are checked for quality and smooth working. Incase of any errors before sent, Corrections and alterations to be done due to an error caused by us are made free of charge within 20 days after delivering your digitized design. However, if there are changes to be made due to any other reason, like change of size or change of artwork, then we charge just a small amount .

Do you sell the digitized files to someone else ?

No, all the files that we do are custom designs and we do not sell them to others. We have a good reputation for being trustworthy.

Do you keep the backup file of designs?

Yes, we have kept all the designs that we have done. In the event if your file is damaged for crash of the computer, please contact us for the backup file and we will send it for free.

How can I pay for the digitizing?

You can pay us through PayPal , very simple and fast to operate.
