We will start to digitize your artwork upon receipt of your confirmation of the order. |

After digitizing, we run it in the embroidery machine to get an embroidered sample for quality checking, and make revisements needed for persuing the top quality. |

The embroidered samples will be scanned and sent to our customers via E-mail for their approval in advance. |

After receiving customer's approval of the embroidered sample and payment in advance, we will send the digitized file together with an invoice to our customer. |

Payment will be requested through the PayPal site. Customers will receive an email from PayPal. |

After receiving " PayPal received new funds email", We will send the Digitized design file via E-mail to the customer immediately. |

If you do not receive our digitized design file within 12 hours after you make a payment via PayPal for a confirmed order, please contact us with an alternate email address. |

After receiving the Digitized design file, the customer can ask for a revisement of the design if needed within 20 days. |
